Andi Leadership Institute for Young Women Program Application 2021
The 3 Pillars of the ALI Program
After much careful thought, deliberation, and research on current best practices and summer projections, The Andi Leadership Institute for Young Women has decided to hold a program in Washington, D.C. in August 2021.
The theme for ALI’s 2021 program is
Speaking Your Truth: A Path to Healing & Reconciliation
. As racial and political divisions continue to plague our country, now is the time to learn ways to speak your truth and find a path towards healing and reconciliation.
This opportunity will include both online and in-person elements. We will follow all appropriate COVID-19-related best practices, including a thorough pre-program health protocol.
The Institute is seeking eight motivated young women from all nationalities and backgrounds. Due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, we are limiting this year’s applicants to those who are already living in the United States. We encourage young women, ages 18-27, who have an interest in peacebuilding, conflict transformation and leadership to apply.
The 2021 ALI program will take place from August 1 through August 14 in Washington, D.C. Travel from within the U.S. to Washington, D.C. will be provided for accepted applicants. For more information on program specifics, contact
