Organizational Announcements
For ALI, 2014-15 has been a year of accomplishment. We graduated our second class of outstanding women peacebuilders, earned generous funding to keep our operations in the black, and built a fledgeling network of alumni who are already creating amazing change in the world.
As we reflect on our success, we have realized ALI's extraordinary potential. And this has led us to an inevitable conclusion: ALI needs to grow. We need to reach more women and transform more conflicts.
In order to do this, we need more time to plan. We need more time to learn from our pilot programs, to galvanize our graduates, to develop outreach materials, to secure new funding, and to find new sources of participants.
And so with great purpose and excitement I announce that we will host the next ALI class--our largest yet--in the summer of 2016.
